MANJUNG OFFICE BADMINTON TOURNAMENT On 29 August 2025 and 11 September 2025, the Badminton Tournament featuring the quarter finals, semi finals and finals was successfully held at Region 1 and Asset Team, Manjung Office, Perak. Organised by the HSE Department as part of the company’s sports and wellness initiative, the event brought together staff from various departments, fostering teamwork, healthy competition and camaraderie among participants. The tournament underlined the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle, encouraging employees to balance work commitments with physical activities that support overall health and well being. Organized by the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Department In support of SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, the HSE Department is launching Fibre & Fruit Week — a week-long campaign to promote better health through fruits and fibre. This week, we’re shining the spotlight on watermelons! 🍉 Watermelons are naturally hydrating and packed with powerful health benefits — they are rich in fibre, promote healthy digestion, help regulate blood pressure, boost immunity, and reduce inflammation. They are also an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin A, support healthy kidneys, improve vision, lower muscle soreness, and contribute to overall heart health. Juicy, sweet, and refreshing, watermelons are perfect on their own, in fruit salads, or blended into smoothies and juices. Each day will feature simple tips, fun facts, and mini challenges to encourage everyone to enjoy more watermelons and stay healthy. 🎉 TECHNOFIT Celebrates 27 Glorious Years! 🎉 On 18th September, TECHNOFIT proudly marked its 27th Anniversary in style at the MPAJ Convention Centre! Bringing together staff from all branches and group companies, the celebration embraced the theme: ✨ “Golden Legacy, Bright Future” ✨ A tribute to 27 years of excellence — and a bold step forward into an even brighter tomorrow. The day began with HSE Day, kicked off by a light workout session led by the HSE team. The morning continued with a Health & Nutrition Talk by Mrs. Masfara Wahidah from Diet Ideas Sdn Bhd, along with Body Composition Analysis (BCA) sessions and participation from various health product vendors — offering insights and nutrition tests specially for TECHNOFITIANs. The mental health-focused morning wrapped up with the final session of the Stress Management Talk Series, delivered by Da’i Izzhar Nazri. In the afternoon, the excitement continued with a TECHNOFIT-themed Kahoot quiz, followed by the prize-giving ceremony for the Merdeka & Hari Malaysia 2025 competitions. The highlight of the event was the official 27th Anniversary launch video, celebrating TECHNOFIT’s incredible journey. Adding to the excitement, a special surprise from the HRA Department recognized outstanding individuals through the Best Staff (by Unit) and the prestigious Best Employer of the Year 2024 awards. The celebration continued with a heartfelt “27 Proud Years” speech by our CEO, Mr. Sugumaran, followed by inspiring keynote remarks from our GMD, Datuk Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Izuddin.
