FIRE DRILL 2025 As part of TECHNOFIT’s ongoing commitment to workplace safety, the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Department successfully conducted a comprehensive fire drill across TECHNOFIT Headquarters, Region 1, Region 2 and Region 3. The exercise aimed to strengthen emergency preparedness and ensure all employees are equipped to respond effectively to potential incidents. The session focused on enhancing awareness, improving response times and building practical skills through four (4) key emergency scenarios: Evacuation, Fire response, Chemical spillage handling and First aid treatment. This initiative reflects TECHNOFIT’s proactive approach to maintaining a safe and resilient workplace where everyone is ready to act swiftly and safely in the event of an emergency. FIBRE & FRUIT WEEK: Nourish to Flourish! Organized by the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Department In support of SDG 3: Good Health and Well Being, the HSE Department proudly launches Fibre & Fruit Week a weeklong campaign to promote healthier living through the power of fruits and fibre. This week, we’re shining the spotlight on pumpkins! 🎃 Pumpkins are rich in fibre and packed with essential vitamins and antioxidants that promote overall wellness. They help support digestion, improve vision, boost immunity, lower blood pressure, promote heart health and even help you sleep better. With about 1.1g of fibre per 100g, pumpkins also aid in weight management and maintaining healthy skin. Naturally sweet and versatile, pumpkins can be enjoyed in soups, roasted dishes, desserts, or blended into smoothies a perfect way to add colour, flavour and nutrients to your meals! Each day will feature simple tips, fun facts and mini challenges to encourage everyone to enjoy more pumpkins and stay healthy. THE FIRST EVER FINAL BADMINTON TOURNAMENT 2025 Marking a new chapter in TECHNOFIT’s wellness journey, the Badminton Final Tournament 2025 brought together enthusiastic participants from across the TECHNOFIT Group of Companies, including HQ, Region 1 & Asset, Region 2, Region 3 and sister companies’ teams in an energetic celebration of teamwork, health and unity. Organised by the HSE Department as part of the Health Campaign Program and Wellness Initiative, the tournament embodied TECHNOFIT’s commitment to fostering employee engagement, promoting a balanced lifestyle and strengthening camaraderie through healthy competition. The court came alive with thrilling rallies, loud cheers and unforgettable moments that reflected the true spirit of sportsmanship.
